Today is another important carnivore podcast.

I asked Rich to be on to talk about successfully doing a lot of cardio on the carnivore diet.  He is a cyclist, who routinely does 225 miles a week on his bike. That amount of cardio is DEFINITELY possible without carbs and there is a prevailing myth to the contrary.

What I didn't expect to hear was his low carb and carnivore diet journey. He has lost nearly 100 pounds and completely reversed sleep apnea. I had no idea he faced these obstacles and it's an inspiring story.
